Your activity history and access audit
Version 0.20.0. Query actual retained events and create charts within your current permissions.
1. Console → Account & teams → Activity history shows your accessible account and session events. A session also has Activity → History & access audit. Filter by UTC date or event type; load earlier entries with the cursor.
2. kanvas_account activity is a callable, paginated history tool, not a live snapshot. Include sessionId, groupId, since/until, type or afterId as needed. Current permissions apply to historical entries, including ended sessions. Removing access removes history access; selected-session OAuth cannot read unrelated or account-wide records.
3. Access events record the actor, timestamp, affected group/session/member and before/after roles. Group administrators can inspect their group history. Entries do not retain message bodies, credentials, source documents or raw IP addresses.
4. kanvas_account analytics returns real daily and event-type counts, plus a chart suitable for kanvas_publish show. Empty ranges return no chart rather than fabricated points. Records start with this feature; earlier kanvas_session log lifecycle data remains separate.
5. The Service analytics tab and scope:service are restricted to deployment-configured service administrators. Session ownership alone grants no service-wide access. This layer includes aggregate account/group/session/display counts and coarse HTTP request/error/response-time buckets. Polling is not a unique visitor count.
6. Activity retention is 365 days with a service cap of 100,000 events. HTTP aggregate retention is 90 days. Billing and unique physical-human counts must not be inferred from these measures.
